High-end design, grounded in care

Bouquet specializes in high-end weddings and large-scale events, blending ingenuity and creativity in every design. We aim to create florals you haven’t seen anywhere else –unexpected pieces that feel personal and unforgettable.

We’re often dreaming up installations others wouldn’t attempt. Sometimes the real magic is in what you don’t see: the quiet engineering and thoughtful problem-solving holding it all together behind the scenes.

Our Process

Personal, collaborative, & straightforward

  • Once you submit our online inquiry form, we’ll gather a few additional details and pair you with one of our designers.

  • Your designer will reach out to schedule a consultation at Bouquet, where we’ll walk through your day in detail. You’ll also have the opportunity to view our rental collection in person, including pedestals, hurricanes, urns, and more.

    Planning from out of town or prefer to meet virtually? We’re happy to accommodate.

  • Within two to three weeks of your consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining pricing, timelines, and digital mock-ups for any major installations. A 10% deposit is required to secure your date on our calendar.

We provide elaborate digital mock-ups to ensure satisfaction prior to signing the proposal.

INVESTMENT

For full-range wedding floral services, Bouquet has a $7,000 minimum ($10,000 for out-of-state weddings). This minimum does not apply to other events such as rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday/anniversary parties, etc.

If you’re planning a celebration rooted in intention, creativity and trust, we’d be honored to design alongside you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This means we customize your wedding florals based on what works best for your timeline, venue, logistics and needs. For example, we’ll deliver your personals whenever is best for you and your photographer. If we need a crew of 20 to create an installation, we’ll have the team. If you want something for your wedding that we don’t carry within our rental inventory, we’ll get it. We work hand-and-hand with our couples and planners to help create the wedding of your dreams!

  • PICTURES! We love a good inspiration/Pinterest board. You are also welcome to bring any swatches or specific items that help your designer get your overall vision and the elements that mean the most to you.

  • We absolutely can! Depending on the season of the mockup versus the season of the event, a mockup won't be exact, but we do our best to give you the closest version to the final. Mockups are an additional cost added to your proposal and generally start at $150.

  • Bouquet offers a Room Flip Service where a designer will be on site after your ceremony to move any pieces and reset them at the reception. This way they are there to adjust any pieces as needed and make sure your arrangement will shine in both locations. There is an additional fee for our Room Flip Service.

  • A Teardown means Bouquet staff members arrive at the end of your reception to retrieve all the floral materials you are not keeping. They break down installations and haul away all rental items, so couples and their families can happily leave the event without concern. There is an additional fee for Teardowns, but couples who do not take advantage of this service often comment that they wish they would have.

  • We do not but we love your bouquet to last a lifetime! We recommend Pressed by Petal Collective and Pressed by Cal as two wonderful local options. Pressed Floral is a great company as well and works with couples nationwide. 

  • We love our local growers! During the growing season we get a lot of our flowers from Flatland Floral Collective, a collective of 8-10 local flower farmers with incredible selections. We also use Petal and Thorn for specialty local blooms. We also get our specialty flowers and out-of-season blooms from a California wholesaler and many from our local wholesalers as well. 

  • Yes! We offer all types of candle rentals including pillar candles, taper candles, floating candles and votives. We even offer LED Candles of all types if that’s what your venue requires.

  • Because your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and materials are ordered in advance, all payments made are non-refundable. If your wedding is canceled, any amounts paid will be retained to cover planning time, design work, and product already secured. If you need to move your wedding date, we’re happy to make a one-time booking transfer to a new date, pending availability. If we are available, all payments will be applied to your new date. If we are not available, the change will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation terms will apply.
